We ship our products to the Scandinavian region, and shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. The shipping costs are available at checkout or by contacting us for a specific quote. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment online.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization.

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we will process it within 5-7 business days, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Invoices must be paid on the date established and exchanges will be handled upon from the date of the complaint. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
